Career awareness is very much necessary for students, they need to be aware of their career and they should know what they want. After knowing about their career then they can make right career plan.
Career Planning
Most of our students do not know how to plan a career or are in the last year of high school. This means the students do not plan for a healthy future; when i ask the university lecturers about them, they all say the same things.
We should definitely include career planning in our students’ first two years of high school.
Every students should have or make their career plan from beginning of high school, so after sometime they can set in their mind their career plan, if they cannot make career plan themselves, or getting some challenges then they need to see school counselor.
